Information you give us
- Free guide and waitlist signups: your first name and email address.
- Purchases: your name, email address and the billing details shown at checkout (such as country and postal code), plus a record of what you bought.
- Messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email, such as your name, email address and message.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy. We receive limited details from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card and whether the payment succeeded.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies needed to run the site: our store uses cookies to keep track of your cart and checkout, and to keep site administrators logged in. Stripe may also set cookies at checkout to help prevent fraud.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.
- Email activity: our emails may record whether a message was opened or a link was clicked, so we can see which emails are useful.
We don’t currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking on this site. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.

- Brevo, to store our email lists and send our emails
- WP Engine, which hosts our website
- Google Fonts, which delivers some of the fonts on our pages (your browser connects to Google to load them)
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You’ll still get emails about purchases you make.
- Access, correct or delete your information: email us and we’ll help. We may need to keep some order records for tax and accounting purposes.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout won’t work without them.
Depending on where you live (for example, California, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, or to object to certain uses. How long we keep it
We keep your email address while you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure you don’t receive marketing emails again. We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted service providers. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children
